Notes :-* The Service Provider/ Agency shall deploy Manpower as per the requirement of the Corporation. The Corporation will provide job description for each vacant position. Service Provider/ Agency will line up candidates based on job description. Proper advertisement of the vacant positions like giving newspaper ads, uploading the same in their (contractors) website and other means has to be adopted. Final selection will be done on the basis of the interview conducted by the Corporation/ JCI. During interview, representatives of the Service Provider/ Agency should be present at required locations of the Corporation to conduct the interview process and pre interview formalities. The Corporation may relax the interview procedure if the candidate is engaged in the service of the Corporation on outsourced basis via some Service Provider/ Agency and is re-engaged for the same position via a new Service Provider/ Agency. Further the copy of advertisements published in newspaper, website to be send to the Corporation. This is as per clause No (7) of “OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS” as specified in the bid document vide reference no JCI/Pers./Agency/2023-2024 dated 30.08.2023.
For all the above engagements initially tenure will be a period of 1 year.
